WordPress Developer / Webmaster

U.S. based Digital Marketing Agency founded in 2000 looking for a long-term & full time staff member.

The initial position will be as a WordPress Developer for Level 1 & 2 support on client web sites. You'll also be building out landing pages and small web sites, with potential to become a lead developer for large client projects.


Required Qualifications:

• Previous Experience in a Similar Role
• C1(Advanced)/C2(Advanced/Mastery) Level English
• Excellent English Written Skills
• Quiet Work Space, Personal Computer, Good Internet Connection
• Optimistic Self-Starter Who has a Desire to Learn, Grow, and Excel as an Integral Part of a Team

Daily Tasks (Additional Training Provided)

• Collaborate With Production Team on WordPress Site Builds and Landing Page Design and Development
• Monitor Support Ticketing System & Manage Support Requests
• Make Website Updates and Resolve Technical Requests as Needed
• Communicate with Clients via Support Ticket System
• Work on DoubleDome Web Site(s) to Improve Overall Performance

Technical Skills & Systems (Additional Training Provided)

• WHMCS (support ticket system)
• WordPress/WooCommerce
• Security and Speed Enhancement
• HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL, JS/jQuery
• Slack
• Clickup
• Google Drive
• LastPass

Work Schedule

• 6:00pm-2:00am EST Monday-Friday (negotiable)
