Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a customer service representative to help us effectively communicate with customers and support their questions, comments, and complaints via our CRM, ---------- .

Skills/Info Needed:

- Fluent English with a great personality
- Good grammar as you will be in a customer-facing role
- Great at problem-solving
- Detailed orientated and very organized
- Replying to customer questions and emails and relaying to the appropriate tea ---------- mbers if help is needed.


Full-Time Position: Monday - Friday, 9 AM EST / 10 PM PHT - 7 PM EST / 8 AM PHT
