JOB OVERVIEW

I run a podcast called Backstage Careers ( ---------- ) where I interview people who work behind the scenes with big entrepreneurs and creators. I’m looking for someone who can help me produce the show. The podcast is both in audio and video format (on YouTube).

I’ve worked with big entrepreneurs like Tom Bilyeu ( ---------- ) and Noah Kagan ( ---------- ) myself to produce their podcast and YouTube channels that have reached millions of people. If you work with me I will teach you the best practices that these big channels use.


Here’s what I will need your help with:

1. Edit audio and video for the podcasts (once per week)

-Add an intro & outro
-Cut down 90 minutes of conversation into the most interesting 45 minutes
-Find the most engaging part of the interview and tease it in the beginning of the episode
-Insert call to actions to subscribe to the channel

2. Podcast media

-Put together show notes with timestamps of the topic discussed in the episode
-Create 2* 2-5 min clips from every episode of the podcast that can be used for social media
-Create thumbnail


The right candidate will have:

-Video editing experience
-Podcast editing experience
-Experience creating video content for social media channels
-Excellent written and verbal American English skills
-Native or C2 English
-Fast internet connection
-Ability to do weekly video team conference calls
