Product Owner - Content Management and Websites

The role of the product owner is to be the expert in all aspects of the applications and their use. Our custom built CMS supports businesses such as Porsche and Peugeot. We have over 38 modules in the CMS with a small CRM component for the capturing of contacts and notes.

This role is to first understand all of the existing functionality and ensure our documentation is correct. You will then be required to demonstrate the product to tea ---------- mbers and customers as well as run weekly training courses. Creation of video demonstrations and checking setupo documentation is correct for rapid rollout and ease of support to customers.

You will be predominantly working with the client delivery, development and support teams to improve the quality of the product and be the expert for best practises.
