We are looking for a few highly motivated, well-spoken a Lead Generation Executive who have tremendous phone skills and have the ability to close deals with ease. You will be working most of your time on the computer and phone, making cold calls, taking inbound real estate sales calls, and making outbound lead calls. We need someone who is able to convert calls and leads into qualified appointments and close deals for our agents.

Key Requirements
• Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day.
• Experience with Google Docs, Google Workspace, cloud services, ReadyMode (formerly Xencall), and other technology
tools.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce
experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Facilitate the acquisition process by building rapport and overcoming objections with sellers on the phone.
• Attend online business meetings and training as required.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.
• Self-motivated, self-directed, and able to work without any supervision.
Responsibilities
• Follow up with prospects through inbound and outbound calls,
the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads.
• Conduct cold calling real estate marketing lists to get property owners interested in selling properties.
• Responsible for skip-tracing leads list and updating into Xencall.
• Utilize scripts to provide information about the product’s features, prices, etc. and present their benefits.
• Understand clients’ needs and their financial abilities to offer appropriate properties.
• Answer potential client questions, present and deliver information to potential clients.
• Schedule and coordinate client’s meetings with real estate agents.
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, mortgages, and related matters.
• Prepare, update, and maintain a database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information.
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, mortgages, and related matters.
• Intermediate negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to generate and close deals.
• Handle clients’ information with the utmost confidentiality.
