Responsibilities:
* Creativity in writing, designing marketing content and materials
* Responsible in preparing writing material, photo, and video for website and social media updates.
* Develop, manage and monitor contents on social media and create marketing contents for social media outreach purposes and in campaign micro sites and social applications (i.e. Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Tiktok, Ads etc)
* Increase customer engagements and improve service levels.
* Participating in and executing platform sales and marketing campaigns.
* Proactively engage in all company marketing events, activities and responsible for aligning social media platforms with an in-house marketing campaign.
* Take up Ad-hoc task as assigned by management
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Mass Communications, Journalism, ICT or equivalent.
* At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, In-Design, and Photo-Editing Software or equivalent.
* Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
* You believe in what we do and are passionate about e-commerce.
* Campaigns run on a clock and we expect you to be organized and on-the-ball to take advantage of and leverage all sales and marketing opportunities.
* You are analytical and data-driven. We expect you to analyze and make decisions based on data to grow sales.
* You are a problem solver and get things done. We value execution more than anything else.
