You daily work includes:
* Research & Create new quotes, concepts
* Create simple text-based designs using Canva & Photoshop
* Responds to Customer messages

REQUIREMENTS
============
MUST:

* Self-learner & Problem-solver (important): Most tasks will be given with simple instructions and tutorial links. If you don't know how to do something, google and learn by yourself first.
* Fast communication, good availability: In working hours, don't let messages (from team and/or customers) go unanswered for over 30 mins.
* Fast computer skills, stable internet connection, fast computer: I don't want to hear excuses about slow internet or computer. I need work done, not complaints.
* Punctual: Most of your tasks are simple. Therefore, all of them should be done in a timely manner with good quality
* Long-term partnership: This is not a one-off job. I look for applicants who aim to cooperate in long-term (1 year +). If you provide good work and attitude, you will receive good pay raise and bonus.
* A bit of taste in graphic design: You should be able to tell apart bad designs versus good ones.

NICE TO HAVE:

* Good humor, knowledge in pop culture
* Familiar with Etsy & Amazon
* Basic SEO
* Know how to make customers happy
