Video Editor for YT channel

I'm seeking skilled video editors who are able to do edit and render 4K videos.

I have two YouTube channel wherein I upload once every week, so you have a project to work on weekly.
I have a channel with almost 38,000 subscribers, and the other one at above 1,000 subs.
