Recruitment Specialist

Job Content :
1. Develop and maintain channels for recruitment and manpower;
2. Sourcing, screening candidates for vacancies we have;
3. Conduct interviews and follow up with whole on-boarding process;
4. Develop and maintain employment relationship;

Requirements:
1. College or above;
2. 1 year of HR Recruiting experience or above; RPO or Internet Company working experience is preferred;
3. Massive recruitment project experience is preferred;
4. Connection or resources in recruitment and manpower is preferred;
5. Experience in developing and maintaining channels for recruitment and manpower is preferred;
5. Excellent in English; spoken skill of Chinese is preferred; Skilled in using Microsoft Office;
6. Enthusiastic , proactive and self-driven; able to work under great pressure;
7. Responsible, collaborative and good communication-skilled;
