Admission Specialist

Edunation ( ---------- nation.co) is a Finnish education startup established in 2017. We help students globally to develop their skills through our Pathway to Finland Diploma program and to apply successfully to our partner universities in Finland and other European countries. We are now looking for a passionate Admission Specialist to help us to scale our marketing activities digitally and domestically in the Philippines.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Handling the student applications and developing the processes for smooth operations

Responding to student applicants queries via email, social media channels, and other tools

Participating in counseling sessions to recruit students

Use customer service skills for the best of the students

Developing the Pathway to Finland program

Developing our sales and school counseling processes

Participating in our sales and networking by contacting agents, high schools, and universities

Participating to study abroad events



WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Highly passionate individuals towards student mobility and study abroad

Team player and able to work in a collaborative environment

Assists in other aspects of the organization and is a highly motivated individual

Practical experience with help desk and CRM software, such as Zoho Desk and Zoho CRM is an advantage

The ability to work appropriately under pressure

Sound judgment and excellent problem-solving skills

Strong communication skills in English and extremely self-motivated

Comfortable in multi-tasking and handling urgent tasks

A highly organized and capable individual

Has an international mindset and a motivation to work within student mobility
