Virtual Assistant - Call Center Agent - Data Entry

Looking for a job with the potential for tons of BONUS pay? We are currently hiring for a full time Lead Management Specialist.

Currently our attorney client is getting a lot of phone calls requesting their services, and we need help making sure that these phones calls are getting picked up. We need full time help making sure that these people are turning into clients for the attorney.

This is an entry-level position and no experience is required, all the training will be provided for.

The requirements will be the following:

1. Access to a computer.
2. Reliable access to internet connection.
3. Commitment to work from 40 hours per week.
4. Strong English skills, should be close to native speaking fluency.
5. Must work USA time from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Standard ---------- sirable Qualities Include

1. Eagerness to learn new skills.
2. Experience with Spreadsheets like Google Sheets, Excel, or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
3. Someone who is ambitious but also a team player. If you want to grow the company, we will help you grow your paycheck as well.

Expectations:

We understand their will be a learning process in the beginning, but we hope that you’ll be able to quickly get to a minimum of 5 clients acquired per month. However there is a very strong bonus structure for each client acquired, you could potentially earn double your base pay!

This is going to be a full time position, but there will be a 3 day training/trial period before we hire you on full time. If you can successfully go through the training program, then we can move forward to a full time position. The training will be paid, but only one person will be able to get the job. The trial period will be paid.
