Virtual Assistant/Photo Editor

I am a wedding and family photographer looking for someone to help me with some editing task.
-Someone who is has knowledge and experience using Lightroom & Photoshop
-Creating wedding slideshows for clients
-To cull and edit images from sessions and weddings
-Must be organized
-Must be well spoken and well written in English
-Must be have reliable internet source
-Must be able to meet deadlines
-Experience editing with photographers a bonus!
-Looking for someone 5-8 hours a week at this time but position could change to part time or full time!
-Bonus and salary increase as the partnership grows!
