Manage and expand client network in the assigned areas.
Responsible for the business development and sales of Intercast products in assigned areas
Assist qualified customer for application end to end process (accreditation to initial delivery)
Required to do First Call and last call for field direct activity or visit
Conducts BCP before leaving the company for field work
Conducts client visit for assessment of customer’s needs.
Coordinates with the CSR for customer concern such as, but not limited to replacement and product repair, delivery schedules
Communicate directly with clients.
Assist in analyzing market and competitor’s product.
Assist in organizing product training.
Assist in initiation of commercial promotion and activities such as exhibits ingress /egress.
Reports customer concern on the immediate supervisor
Submit reports on the Sales Supervisor as per deem instructed
