We sell our own branded products (Pink Power, Plixio, PLX) that are manufactured to our specifications and listed on various channels such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Reverb, Shopify, and other sites. We fulfill orders in our warehouse and we prepare for and ship products to Amazon and Walmart warehouses for them to fulfill.

About the Position
This position is fully remote and the standard work hours are 7:00AM - 4:00PM EST Monday through Friday.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone experienced in Ecommerce / Amazon to be fully in charge of more than 15M in annual sales on 3rd party marketplaces including Amazon, Walmart, Etsy and more.
You will begin with your own team of 3 (located in the Philippines but working on US schedule) and lay out the foundation for expansion on our current sales channels and generate new opportunities. We are seeking someone who is energized, organized, detail oriented, and comfortable with a hands-on approach. Our office and warehouse is located in Odessa, FL. This position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer.
What You Will Do:
- PRODUCT LISTING: List new products to 3rd party channels and ensure current listings are optimized.
- CHANNEL EXPANSION: Manage expansion to new channels to further grow the business.
- BUILD RELATIONSHIPS: Build and manage positive relationships with account managers of various marketplaces.
- PRODUCT PROMOTIONS: Schedule promotions of products on various channels.
- TESTING: Product page A/B testing.
- TROUBLE SHOOTING: Problem-solve various marketplace issues that arise.
- PPC: Work with marketing agency to make sure KPIs are achieved.
- ANALYZE DATA: Analyze profit related KPIs and implement actions to improve.
- KEEP UP TO DATE: Continuous learning of marketplace trends and new software.
- FORECASTING: Forecast sales for various channels and maintain proper inventory in Amazon and Walmart warehouses.
- TEAM MANAGEMENT: Hire, train, coach/develop, and motivate develop the team, including your channel manager(s).
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Amazon Seller Central experience
- 5+ years in Ecommerce
- 2+ years managing a team
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Clear communication skills
- Bachelor’s Degree
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Sellerise or similar Amazon related software.
- Basic understanding of PPC management.
