Urgent looking for VA - day time, weekly payments

The job 5-8 hr per day. During day time (phil time)

· Prepares daily order and pick list for ecommerce store
· Extracts and keep track of daily order and pick list report
· Update monthly stocks for e-commerce
· Update monthly invoice/PO/delivery notes
· Monitor and update monthly sales forecast
· Monitor import and export shipments
· Files import and export declaration
· Searching sellers, distributors and manufacturers for company’s product/s and identify potential partners
· Sending emails, making follow up calls, and collaborating with potential partners
· Prepares or creates listings for products sold online
· List the products on marketplace directly
· Updates listing if changes required
· Other AD HOC tasks
