Convert Videos Into Articles

Hello there!
I'm looking for a talented individual that can write in excellent American English to convert my existing videos into articles/posts on my website. This is a freelance position and you will be paid a fixed rate per minute of video converted. Most of my videos are between 5 and 20 minutes long and I have three YouTube channels that need articles on my two websites.

Your job would be to watch a video and write an article using the content from the video and to add screenshots from the video as images in the article. The videos are fully narrated but we don't want an exact transcript of the words spoken - more of an "article style" approach. My content is largely how-to so it requires a lot of images. The goal is to write these articles in such a way that it appears that they are written specifically for the website, adding a bit of wit and artistic license to keep them entertaining. The transcriptions will be provided and they are a great help in understanding each word spoken and they're a great starting point.

There are already many articles on our sites that can be used as a reference for what we're after. Our content focuses on home improvement, 3D printing and woodworking so prior knowledge of these topics is definitely helpful but is not required. Our target audience for these articles is mostly male homeowners between the ages of 25 and 60 that live in the United States, though we like to make sure all articles also contain metric measurements and can be enjoyed by all genders, ages and nationalities.

Pertinent Information:
• Excellent (native level) English is a must for this role - articles need to appear to be written by an American born individual
• A bit of personal flare is highly encouraged to keep the articles entertaining. We're not looking for a word for word transcription. You'll need to watch the video, understand it and then write about it.
• Links from the video description need to be incorporated into the article as well
• This can be done at your own pace. Ideally we'd receive between one and four articles per week but we're very flexible.
• There is a limited backlog of ready-to-convert videos (probably around 30) that need to be worked on and then we'd love to have you create our new articles as we come out with new videos (usually 4-6/month)
• Prior written work examples will be required in order to verify your command of the English language
