Customer Service and Administrative Assistant for Shopify Store

We are an e-commerce company. Our store is built on Shopify. We use Facebook ads. We buy from China and we sell globally.

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant who will be responsible for customer service and administrative support to our team while working remotely.

You must have fluent English, a friendly outgoing personality, and previous experience of working in a similar role providing customer service and administrative assistance for Shopify E-Commerce brands.

At the beginning of your application, type your favorite fruit.

So we are looking for a friendly person to:

- Respond to customer emails in a professional and polite manner
- Edit orders to reflect the customer changes (changing product colors, adding on products)
- Dealing with customers who have a faulty product and taking the steps we normally take to deal with the issue. Offering a discount or collection and exchange of the product.
- Respond to comments on social media with likes, emojis, and more info on products.
- Looking up orders in Shopify when required.
- Weekly Zoo ---------- etings with our support team.


Optional extras

- One piece of content posting on Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest per week. I will provide images each month and target messages.
- Entry-level experience with Photoshop or Illustrator

Requirements

- Experience of at least two years as a Customer Support Member
- Intensive usage of Word/Excel and Google Drive Applications
- Strong phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
- Openness to using new software applications (we use a lot of them)
- Modest knowledge about Photoshop or Illustrator if you are into Graphic Design
- Strong Internet Connection
- Although not frequently, we will meet over Zoom. So, your hardware should be adequate for that purpose.
