Youtube Editor and SEO Manager

I have been the host of a successfully podcast for over two years that receives thousands of downloads a week. Recently my team and I d ---------- to take the leap and put all of our podcasts on YouTube as well! In the past we have made weekly videos but we are currently looking for a new video editor that can also help manage the channel and SEO

The name of our channel is "Short Term Rental Riches" ( ---------- ) you can also view our videos and podcasts on our website at ---------- . The current format of our videos is essentially a recording of my podcast. We currently use "TubeBuddy" for some additional insight and are experimenting with paid ads but I would like someone with lots of experience that can help us grow more quickly.

POSITION DETAILS:
*Simple video editing which will include matching the audio and video (I record separately) and including the intro and outro
*On average we will need an estimated 1 hour per month of edited and rendered videos
*We post one video a week so we would like the SEO optimized for each of these videos
*We are experimenting with YouTube Shorts and open to the idea of continuing them but only if they are helping (if we continue them these would need to be optimized as well)
*This position would be part-time
*You would be working with my video editor and my social media manager to assist with the uploads of all videos and optimization
*Our team uses "Slack" for all communication so this would be a requirement

REQUIREMENTS:
*Fluency in English ( I will be doing periodic reviews)
*I'm not looking to work with a team, in other words, I would like to work directly with you instead of being passed off to a larger team
*Your performance will be base purely off of results so when & how you d ---------- to help our team is up to you (but you will be required to provide the growth results)

PAY:
*Payments will be made through Payoneer every other Friday
*Hourly wage is negotiable

A BIT ABOUT ME AND MY COMPANIE(S)
I have been a real estate investor for over a decade investing primarily in the USA although I moved overseas four years ago and currently spend half the year in Brazil and the other half in Colombia. I have an amazing team of 10-15 people that help with all aspects of my real estate company and educational company (for which we are trying to grow on YouTube). We currently have five excellent tea ---------- mbers based out of the Phillipines and we're excited to bring on our next one :)
