Podcast Editor

I'm looking for someone to edit podcasts regularly. Long term ongoing work for a great candidate, up to four one hour episodes are produced per week. I need someone proficient at Adobe Audition with great attention to detail. Removal of ums and ahs, filler works and tighten conversational gaps.
