About Subvet Customs
I’m a small business owner that does primarily woodworking, where we make and sell flags online. We are looking to expand some of our product lines and require some general assistance in online administrative work.
Your Role With Us:
As I am a single person shop, I need help a variety of general administrative tasks. The bulk of what I’m currently looking for is assistance setting up our listings on Amazon and our WordPress site, which uses WooCommerce. You would be asked to do some general writing for listing descriptions, understanding keywords, pricing, and other product related tasks. This would also include minor editing of photographs in photoshop or a similar software; the minor edits are generally setting crop and size of photographs and background removal.
Additionally, some of our general day-to-day operations will require assistance. This may include updating our QuickBooks, virtually attending a seminar and recording those sessions so that I may view the training on a video later.
Requirements:
• Stable Internet
• Strong English communication skills (both reading and writing)
• Must be available for part time work, with at least one day on the weekend (Saturday or Sunday).
• Must have a working knowledge of how product listings work through Amazon (experience working in Seller Central is a plus). You should be able to discuss keywords, how they work and are used.
• Must be able to use Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
• Average or better typing skills.
• Be willing and able to use Timeproof.
• Have a sense of humor and be somewhat creative!
