Dallas, Texas Company in Search of Scheduling Coordinator for Morning and Afternoon Hours

The Job: We are looking for a full-time virtual Scheduling Coordinator to partner with our existing team to provide excellent service to our clients after hours.

The schedule: Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m (Central Standard Time.)

The Salary: The salary for this position $3-$6/hour base on experience.

The Duties: This position’s main duties are to monitor phones, text, and email platforms so that we can help existing and new client needs after hours. This could include:
• staffing, making changes or canceling an existing job
• fielding calls and emails for new job requests
• troubleshooting client and candidate non-urgent questions
• keep notes of all activities and communicate to Texas staff members

The Requirements: This position requires someone with strong oral and written English communication skills, including grammar.
