Generation eCom is looking for a PCO - Coordinator who has experience in an agency or similar company. Generation eCom is an agency that helps Quebec manufacturers and brand owners boost their online sales on Amazon and Alibaba. Located in Brossard, the company is experiencing strong growth due to its unique expertise in online store creation, consulting and ---------- scription of the position of PCO - Coordinator:
As PCO - Coordinator, your role is to support the Generation eCom team in the realization of online commerce projects. You will be the point of contact between senior management and the team while ensuring that budgets and deadlines are respected. As a PCO - Coordinator, you will be responsible for :

- Assist Project Managers in tracking, monitoring and administering project progress and performance and other aspects of project management (scope, cost, quality and risk).
- Assist project managers in developing and maintaining plans and schedules for project delivery, and identify resource and personnel requirements in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Analyze and identify variances between estimated and actual time and costs spent on a given project.
- Provide project planning support including scheduling, budgeting, performance tracking, variance analysis, progress reporting, and resource planning.
- Lead the evaluation of project time, cost and quality objectives, apply governance controls necessary to ensure project success.
- Identify trends and root causes of deviations from baseline using lead and lag indicators, and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate and lead estimating efforts with all disciplines to compile the project budget for each phase of project development.
- Coordinate and lead planning sessions and workshops to compile the master project schedule by agreeing on baselines and a critical path.
- Coordinate and lead the project change management process and ensure that the impacts of changes are properly incorporated into the project plan (scope, cost, schedule).
- Ensure that all client deliverables (i.e. all documentation) are defined and presented in accordance with our client's quality standards;
- Ensure proper tracking of the project schedule and budget in order to proactively apply corrective actions as necessary.
- Responsible for publishing, with the support of the Project Managers, the required status report and dashboard to internal and external stakeholders, including the management dashboard.
- Ensure project control procedures and policies are executed and operating in accordance with our client's methodology and performance standards for all projects.
- Monitor the progress of project billing and payment schedules.

- Essential: Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously and work successfully under pressure
- Essential: Ability to manage time while assisting multiple project managers and multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical, statistical and organizational skills
- Experience preparing detailed reports and management reports.
- Experience in a relevant business administration program or equivalent experience
