Social Media Conten Manager

I need someone who is able to follow a marketing strategy, communicate with others on a team, and manage social media content.

An example would be , reviewing a 45 min video interview and finding useful short pieces of content. Telling our video editor which short pieces of content to create. Then taking those short pieces of content and optimizing them to be posted on Facebook and instagram.
