5 yrs managerial exp
Skill should be Product & Policy Management (Strategic role)
We need someone who has had operations experience also. The role is more strategic.
Job Description:

The Workforce Productivity Product Manager is responsible for managing the technology strategy for a portfolio of workforce, productivity, quality and compliance products, utilized across Accenture Operations.
The role will leverage knowledge of domain and technology, working as a bridge between TfO teams and business stakeholders including Client Account teams, Customer Experience Leads and Business Transformation teams
Develop a product strategy, product roadmap and year out release plans for Products used by Accenture Operations Service Delivery teams Demonstrate Operations Domain Knowledge and leverage the same in road mapping , building, strategizing software products for operations and provide solutions to internal, external, green field customers
Conduct market research to develop a market-wide understanding of Operations clients and Service Delivery user challenges and requirements.
