JOB OVERVIEW

QUALIFICATIONS FOR POSITION:

• Up to date computer with good internet access
• Be able to work USA EST hours. (This is non-negotiable)
• Have or be able to get a Paypal account
• Ability to Skype for weekly status calls and for the interview process. (No video needed just voice)
• Understanding of technical aspects of the product
• Customer service background
• Prior sales experience a plus
• Prior Project Management experience is a plus
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Outstanding organizational, problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities
• Strong computer skills (MS Office, Internet)
• Strong attention to detail, time management and decision-making skills

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Services/ Marketing/ Admin Support:


• Communicate with customers via phone and email
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and shipment.
• Help customers navigate our website and place orders online.
• In some situations, up-selling customers to new products or services may be encouraged.
• Work with clients to resolve product returns, shipping inquiries and order status questions.
• Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs.
• Draft company memos and letters related to sales, promotions, product explanations, and offers.
• Assist with company administrative tasks: creating shipments to distributors, invoicing and crating purchase orders.
• Help with event planning and organization.
• Help handle the social media accounts for the customers
• Reach out to certain media outlets and blogs to form partnerships.
• Email management

Sales and research:

• Generate and qualify leads through multiple channels such as: government, education, health organizations, specialty groups, conferences, trade shows, etc.
• Contacting leads with product information and develop new business relationships.
• Researching leads for the company

TRAINING/EMPLOYMENT/PAY

You'll receive on the job paid training to help you learn what you need to know to assist
customers/company with many different types of requests/tasks. Training pay is $10 per/hr.
Once on the job, you’ll receive frequent updates and on-going training to keep your knowledge
up-to-date and develop new skills. Upon successful completion of training customer service,
sales research, clerical, and administrative pay is $12 per/hr. The company guarantees a
minimum of 10 hr per week.
Commission will also be available, based on sales.
