Software Engineers (ASP.NET, SQL)

What you'll be doing
You will:

* Become a key part of our core development team working on our flagship application.
* Design, develop and maintain software using Microsoft .Net framework, SQL Server and IIS
* Work with a wide range of technologies (ASP.Net (VB), SQL, AJAX, SOAP, XSLT, Javascript)
* See the results of your work quickly, with our short release cycles being delivered to hundreds of live customers

What we need
We are looking for a long-term team member who will share our passion to see the company fulfill its enormous potential.

Candidates will as a minimum:

* Have a degree in computer science, engineering, science, or maths from a recognized university (or overseas equivalent)
* Be a self-motivated, hard working, team-player, focused on delivering excellent software, and prepared to learn new skills



Candidates will preferably:

* Have experience working with Microsoft .NET technologies, particularly VB.NET
* Understand relational databases and SQL, in particular SQL Server
* Be familiar with running live web systems
* Have experience with HTML, Javascript, CSS, XSLT, etc



It would be a bonus if candidates:

* Have experience of migrating .NET 1.1 projects to 2.0/3.5
* Have experience with performance testing, profiling and optimisation (SQL or .NET / IIS)
