*Marketing VA and Project Manager*

We are seeking a talented, experienced, communicative, honest learner and Reliable Virtual Assistant (VA) to assist us in our online marketing business.

Your role will be to help us to grow the business, and will include setting up and managing social media accounts, project management, image editing, marketing, and administrative/research tasks. If you lack a skill but are eager to learn we can train you.

VA requires at least Monday through Friday (Saturday half-day to be discussed). Work starts from 9am onwards and may go on to 8 hours per day for full time. Timing is flexible. Skype calls (or WhatsApp) may be made if required.

Tasks will be as follows:

- Social media account setup and management
- Project management
- Research & administrative tasks
- Photoshop editing
- Blog setup and management
- Ad submissions


VA needs to meet the following criteria:

- Must willing to learn and share experience
- You must have past experience in Project Management or/and Virtual Assistant Management
- Excellent spoken and written English language skills a MUST.
- Must have a fast and reliable PC
- Skype is always on at PC and Mobile. We may have an urgent need to communicate with you.
- Take constructive initiative on your own
- Must be comfortable in a leadership role managing a team of VAs to complete projects
- Very detailed, organized and great planning skill
- Must be willing and able to do research. This includes keyword research, competition research, product research, service
research, and more.
- Must Log EVERYTHING including work hours, tasks performed, emails, payments, etc
- He or she should be an excellent learner with the ability to understand and execute complex written and verbal
instructions.
- Fast & Reliable internet connection
- Be comfortable with learning new skills
- Must have Photoshop experience
- Web development & design - HTML, PHP, CSS is a bonus
- Video editing experience is a bonus


Work Requirements:
VA must be available on Skype/Telegram daily at 9am for any job request and updates.

When we delegate a task we will give you as much information as the job requires. I’m quite flexible with hours spent on a project just as long as output justifies your work and time. (I don’t agree and won’t pay if it takes 3 hours to do 1 hour of work at a slow pace)

No work should be done on public computers like an internet cafe or public ---------- must be on your own computer and your own broadband internet access with a reliable power source.
