Job description
A Senior Investment Consultant's main goal is to identify opportunities for business investments growth and create strategies based on those opportunities in order to meet and exceed goals.
Responsibilities:
· Analyzing current and past financial data and providing strategies to the valuation of business and investment offering
· Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, proposing and closing investment relationships and potential business deals.
· Developing and pitching ideas for potential investors
· Working with executives to implement directions, strategies, and new opportunities
· Discovers and explores business opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
· Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials.
· Ensuring that the company meets investment targets
· Examines risks and potentials for the business opportunities
· Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
· Enhances the organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests as per assignments.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field
Minimum 3 years solid experience and market knowledge in corporate investments, with a focus on analytical with solid financial skills – can perform financial modeling/projections, and feasibility studies
Recommended to have existing networks and close contacts of businessmen, investors, and potential investment entities.
Experience handling multiple investment projects, assignments, and duties; able to work independently and as part of the overall team structure
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; must be 100% fluent in written and verbal English
Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Suite, and other relevant platforms for presentation and reporting
Single, Knowing how to drive is preferred but not a must.
