Podcast production

Hi there, this is yehuda, and i have a podcast in hebrew that talks about b2b marketing.

The host (me) will interview expert in the filed or business owners.

Let’s get the bad news out of the way first:

? The job requires about 3-4 hours/week (initially).
? you will need to work with text in ---------- w let’s talk about the good stuff:

1. This is the first time of me hirineig a VA so if it will work i will love to add more work.

2.The work is fun, fresh and dynamic. You will be working directly with me.

3. The hours are super flexible. I will work with your schedule to get a routine that works for you.

4. I am really open for suggestions with SOP. You’ll have a ton autonomy + the opportunity to bring your ideas to the table and boss me around when you need me to get things done. Seriously -- I want you to take charge!


Here are some specific things you’ll get to do:
? Upload podcast episodes on Wordpress, YouTube and podbean.
? get the Show notes of each episode frome the copywriter.
? Create and schedule social media posts (linkedin, Facebook)
? Create and schedule newsletter to our mailing list
? Use a project management software (airtable) to keep an eye on the project
? Work with the canva templets
? Jump in where needed… you’re a jack of all trades :)

If this is a job that gets you so excited that you would even do it for free, I would totally accept that offer from you :D
But if you prefer compensation (I totally get it…I prefer getting paid as well) this is what I can offer:

- This will start as a part-time job, but if you are a good fit we will increase the number of hours and responsibilities.
- The pay is 70$-150$/month, and the work will be about 3-4 hours/week

In addition to being a detailed person, you must follow systems and processes. In fact, just to prove that you are detail-oriented and can follow procedures, when you apply for this position start your message by writing “I love blueberry muffins!” (in the cover letter or anywhere you can). Yep, that’s our little trick to sort out the people who blanket send their resume to anyone and everyone, from the folks (that’s you) who are truly interested in this position.
