Looking for Video Editors's who know their stuff and are fun to work with.

Looking for experienced video editors who are great at using the latest version of Adobe Premier Pro. Need to be able to work quickly and efficiently. We are a growing start up with clients from around the world and we are looking to create a team of video editors. So the editing skills are important but great English communication skills and a sense of humour is also required! Must have a quick internet connection and hardware that can handle large files.
