All round assistant E-commerce

Hello potential employee,

A rapidly growing eCommerce brand hosted on a Shopify platform is looking for a full-time virtual assistant for order processing, customer service, product research and creating product listings.


About Me:
I own multiple successful eCommerce companies. I have been working with Virtual Assistants for over 2 years, and all of my VA’s have been very happy to work with me. I am all about creating a friendly and healthy work environment where my employees can thrive.

Virtual Assistant Responsibilities:
Being fully responsible for placing orders correctly with suppliers.
Filling in tracking numbers in time for shipped orders daily.
Answering customers politely and solving problems via email and phone.
Be available for video calls, and communicate when needed.
Researching and finding new winning products on several platforms.
Sourcing and listing products on our Shopify store with compelling listings.


Requirements:
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with order processing
- Experience with customer service
- Experience with product research
- Experience with creating product listings
- Friendly and approachable personality.

Plus:
- Experience in Shopify back-end,
- Knowledge in managing social media pages (page moderation, responding to comments, liking, etc.).
- SEO.
- Experience with Photoshop or Premiere Pro
