The main responsibilities of your position are those typically expected of a [Client Success Specialist] including, but not limited to, [client onboarding, training, creating quotation, invoicing, notifying customers of new inquiries, assisting with inquiries and more].
You are expected to carry out your responsibilities and duties in a professional manner at all times. The Company may, at its sole discretion, modify your role, within reason, as it deems necessary and for the benefit of the business.
All employees of the Company are also expected to accept ad-hoc tasks as directed by their supervisors and carry them out faithfully and conscientiously, as well as:
(a) Faithfully and diligently perform all duties and accept such responsibilities as assigned to you by the Company to the best of your ability;
(b) Promote and advance the interests of the Company and to not bring the Company or its employees into disrepute; (c) Obey and comply with all internal control systems, procedures, orders, directions, rules, regulations, limits of authority, practices and policies of the Company, whether expressed or implied, for the time being in force.
PLACE OF WORK
Your place of work will be remote for now, however from time to time, you may obtain co-working space day-pass/membership to work closely with your future colleagues in Uganda.
WORKING HOURS AND OVERTIME
Working Hours. Your normal stipulated working hours shall be from 10.00am to 6.00pm (8 hours), Monday to Friday, with an hour for lunch. However, you are required to work the hours and time required to effectively carry out your duties and responsibilities.
Public Holidays. Where you are required to work on rest days or public holidays, you will be entitled to a day-in-lieu for each respective day worked, to be taken at a mutually agreed date.
Late start. You may ask to start late as long as you complete 8 hours of work for the day.
