We want video editors that understand the customer's needs
Know where to source video for Facebook ads
Excel at Adobe premier pro, final cut pro.

Day-to-day job scope
Copy and paste 8 - 12 videos a day using existing videos
Create 1-3 new videos, depending on the product
Find and download videos from Chinese Tiktok

Bonus at the end of the month to be discussed further.
