Create a Complete PHPFox Blueprint or Manual

I need to create a complete Operation Manual for PHPFox, every single file and folder must be mapped, and specified exactly what that file or folder affects, the goal is to provide a single pdf to a any new php programmer, and make them capable of creating new themes, plugins, functions, change designs etc.

The same pdf must combine all the knowledbase of PHPFox into a simple and easy to use manual.

Once we have that manual, we need to improve the design of an active social network that is currently based on phpfox.

Finally, once everything is mapped, and we know exactly how PHPFox works, every single line of code, we need to integrate the web version with a native mobile app that we have developed, but are having trouble integrating the live notifications.
TIME FRAME IS A MUST! We need this DONE ASAP PLEASE send us your detailed proposal! specifing your experience with PHP and with PHPFox if any, we need to be sure we work with a qualified programmer who will most likely stay as a our freelancer for future updates of our Social Network.
For this first job, we are not talking about Module development yet.. we will develop custom modules in a second phase.. right now all we need is 3 things:

1) A PDF document, that can TEACH ANYONE, how to use and modify every single aspect of PHP, from design to the core.. it has to MAP every single line of code, avery single folder and file of the script.

2) A redesign of the Social Network, meaning a new theme.

3) Integrate the web version with a native mobile app we have developed, we are having problems figuring out how to integrate the live notifications.
