copywriter / proofreader with designing skills

I need someone who can help me proofread brand guidelines or make it more creative. Content/brand guidelines already done and just needs proofreading. Bonus if you also know graphic designing so I can also have you design the brand bible (more or less 30 pages). Deadline is Nov 30. Must be willing to sign NDA.
