News Writer & Editor

We are looking for a copywriter who can take product announcements from company websites and alerts about industry website changes and write short blurbs about them, write compelling headlines, formatting the posts on a website and in a newsletter and publishing them. The plan is to write 3-5 short news stories a day per site or newsletter. We will start with 1 but the hope is the right candidate can manage around a dozen or so such projects.

We will setup alerts monitoring certain websites and your job will be to turn those alerts into short news stories that explain what happened, and why it matters.
Most of these projects will be around marketing, advertising, and startups, so a background in those topics will be helpful.
