JOB OVERVIEW

I'm an e-commerce entrepreneur who is in need of an excellent and amazing personal assistant. I am looking for someone who is SUPER ORGANIZED and DETAIL ORIENTED.

HOURS
20 hours per week initially.

WORKING TIME ZONE
Between 9 AM to 5 PM MST (Mon to Fri)
Work from the comfort of your own home. Since we’re an international team, certain follow-up and coordination messages will occur during the evenings. You’ll be working closely with the CEO. I travel a lot but am located in the US right now.

If you're a good fit for the job, we can move to a more flexible hour work schedule as long as you and I have some overlap.

Minor weekend work may be required from time to ---------- PENSATION
Compensation to be determined, dependent on experience and skills.

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED
• Fluent or Native English speaker (written and verbal)
• Excellent English reading, writing, and editing skills
• High attention to detail and quality of work
• High level of organization and ability to prioritize
• Experienced with Google Docs, Gmail, Slack and Asana
• Previous experience as a personal assistant
• Ability to clearly follow instructions (whether written or recorded)
• Excellent communication
• Self-directed problem solver and quick learner
• Positive attitude
• High standard of ethics and confidentiality to handle sensitive information
• Previous years of personal assistant experience is a huge plus

DAILY AND WEEKLY TASKS
The average day and week will consist of a mixture of the following tasks:

• Monitor my business and personal emails, organizing them based on importance, alerting me to the important emails I need to take action on
• Monitor my personal social media, specifically for Facebook. Respond to incoming messages, etc.
• Monitor and manage my ---------- nd me a daily reminder of meetings I have for the day
• Book flights and travel as necessary
• Manage my bills (business and personal) - let me know when I need to pay a bill, on time and telling me to pay it
• Monitor our VA payroll via time doctor
• From time to time, you may need to make phone calls and schedule appointments for me. Some type of phone service will be provided for you
• Monitor tasks in Asana and alert me to important/upcoming tasks

ADDITIONAL DETAILS
There will be a 2-month training and trial period in which we evaluate your fit for the tasks and team. If you’re a good fit, the part-time position will increase to a full-time position as we continue to grow. This can happen before the trial period is finished based on strong performance.
