Hi!! This is Nanci!! I owned a residential Real Estate Staging and Interior Design Company. We are currently for an Assistant that can help us with these tasks:

Social media posting
Coordinate marketing campaigns - both email and mail
Create marketing materials - brochures, direct mail, newsletters
Ordering supplies
Updates to website
Call Leads
Personal appointment scheduling and computer input for services
Expense organization - spreadsheets
Interior Design Orders - place and check or be able to do research to get pricing or research product solutions for the client.
Real Estate - go into MLS and do home searches for prospective clients based on their needs.


Are you…

* Someone with fluent and easy to understand English

* Familiar with MLS, Canva, Mailchimp, Facebook, Instagram, Calendly, Dootlop
* Flexible and Able to Multi-Task
* Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
* Someone who has a positive attitude

* Proactive
* Able to start immediately.
* Able to work during 8 am - 5 pm CST, Monday to Friday
* Someone who has a minimum internet speed is at least 20mbps.
