DESCRIPTION:
Part-Time Content Creator and Graphic Designer with near PERFECT English (spelling and grammar) wanted.

The position is responsible for delivering effective, aesthetic, on-brand, and on-strategy creative for websites, web pages, product graphics, email promotional creative, email templates, social media graphics, and banner ads. You will be responsible for graphics, written copy, SEO, and hashtags research. Must be able to work independently and create original content to help build several brands in a variety of industries.

This part-time position will become a full-time position with growth and performance. I am looking to work with someone for the long term, not just a few weeks. Please do not apply if you do not intend to stay at least 6 months.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Create posts and pages to use for a variety of email and social media marketing platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Tiktok, Twitter, and blogs.
-Create a wide range of graphics, templates, and layouts for (including but not limited to) ebooks, pdfs, presentations, company logos, social media graphics, website design, and other marketing assets with software such as Adobe Suite and Canva
-Plan, research, create, and schedule content for company and client social media platforms
-Manage and produce digital design work, including banner sizing and versioning for static and rich banner ads
-Create a visually appealing layout and ability to build and adhere to client brand kits
-Design content for promotional ads on Google Ads and Facebook Ads
-Create original, SEO friendly, targeted content that is grammatically correct and free of spelling errors for social media captions, newsletters, and blogs
-Write copy for product descriptions and create digital mockups
-Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
-Previous experience with scheduling tools and managing social pages is preferred
-Communicate with team using email and instant messaging
-Use project management tools such as Trello and Airtable to share ideas, inspirations, and instructions for layout and design
-Coordinating with outside web designers, clients and tea ---------- mbers as necessary.

REQUIREMENTS:
-Excellent English spelling and grammar skills
-Ability to create designs relevant to a variety of industries
-Knowledgeable in photo and editing programs and applications such as Canva, Photoshop, and InDesign
-Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
-Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
-Proficiency with social media platforms
-Familiarity with project management tools like Trello and Asana
-Excellent email and instant messaging communication skills
-Excellent time management skills
-Excellent organizational skills

PREFERRED:

HOURS AND COMPENSATION
Working days: Monday to Friday

Working timing: Flexible standard US Business hours
Number of working hours: 10-20 hrs/week

Salary: $5.00 US Dollar/hr

Pay weekly.
Bonus pay for outstanding work.
Hours and Pay increases based on performance - Opportunity for a full-time position
