Ui/Ux Adminstrator

Heartbeat is looking for someone we can partner with on an ongoing basis for wire framing, diagramming, and monitoring changes we make to the system. Our first major project will be a full wireframe of all of our systems. Project overview can be found here:

Create Complete Product Map: Dashboard, Ambassador App, Admin

Heartbeat needs a complete overview of its software mapped out in a single Figma file combining our dashboard, ambassador application and our admin portal (the old version of what Dashboard has become now.

Purpose: Have a single document that we can reference for how the entire system looks screenshot-by-screenshot. This will simplify training new developers, designers, team members on what different parts of the system do when a user interacts with them.

Project Elements


*File based in Figma
*Each group of screens broken down by location in the system (dashboard/admin/ambassador iOS app/ambassador Android app)
*All navigable links indicating where they take a user when they click - illustrated in a clear site map
*Clear demonstration of every stage of a workflow -
if you’re an admin user: going through each stage of a campaign setup, client creation, review of a brand page, and all other behaviors that can be done.
*If you’re an ambassador - every stage of account creation, submitting a post, navigating profile, and all other behaviors that can be done
*Each location of the apps neatly titled
*Clear indication of steps when a linear workflow is present - step 1 - step 2 - step 3 etc.

Requirements for Participation

Completed a Ui/Ux workflow document in the past and can show examples of work
Has access to Figma and has used Figma in the past
Has training in Ui/Ux work and a portfolio of work
