Social Media Manager

I need someone that has experience making "sounds Bites" with video's, Editing videos. I need all this done within a day or two time frame and than for those videos to be uploaded to different platforms of social media daily for a week. Than we have new videos and start over for the next week. We will be using both types of long form (iTunes and Google (Podcasts and YouTube).
