JOB OVERVIEW

Australian based development company C9 - ---------- are seeking responses from highly skilled, highly experienced individual to provide a general manager / team lead role whose primary responsibilities will be to:

- undertake code reviews of other developers and their performance
- provide efficiency and productivity monitoring of developers to ensure ontime on budget delivery of requirements
- undertake mentoring/training of other developers and ascertain areas of weakness that require training
- introduce additional standards and documented processes across development services
- assist with complex coding requirements and hands on development where required
- provide project solution architecture and recommendation
- improve QA processes
- interact directly with clients on technical matters where needed
- undertake regular R & D into new technologies and fitness for purpose for C9's adoption and oversee their implementation
- assist in the estimation of projects, definition of software requirements & clarifications.
- drive and ability to manage staff remotely with varying backgrounds.

While not mandatory you are most desirable if you have had prior or current experience as a developer.

To undertake the role you must have excellent English and communication skills both written and oral so that you can liaise with international clients directly when required as well as Australian tea ---------- mbers
