This is a Full Time Position.

Your role will primarily be Customer Support via email.
Your tasks will include: (but not limited to)

* Answering customer emails
* Taking great care of customers
* Helping the customers solve their problems
** Please take note that we might need you to do other tasks as well when needed.

We want someone who can handle customer support emails and come up with solutions to problems. We need someone who is very keen with details.
