2 FullTIme VA Needed - Honest and Quick Learner Virtual Assistant

We need 2 VA's with very strong English writing and speaking skills virtual assistant. This is a permanent job but a few things you will need to know before you apply.


The salary will be $400 per month. You will be paid the 1st and 16th of every month via PayPal.

1. You will work 6 days a week 8 hours a day [you will have to be flexible and work some night shifts]

2. Good internet connection. We will help you to get a USA number.

3. Answer customer's call and LIVE chat.

4. Answer customer’s queries via Email

5. Contact suppliers

7. Bookkeeping

9. Most customers are from the USA, so an American accent will be an advantage.

10. Sometimes you will have to call a customer to find out if they are still interested in buying our products and for an existing customer if they are happy with the products they bought.

11. You will NOT have to do cold calling unless you want to do it for Bonus, but we will not pressure you to do that.

12. You will need to be familiar with our products quickly. [We understand it takes time]

13. We want someone honest, well-mannered, and can handle an irate customer.

14. All calls will be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes.

15. You will be paid 16th and 1st of every month via PayPal.

16. You will have to go through a video interview [Just the face and audio is sufficient].
