Executive Assistant Needed for Amazon FBA Business ** Growth Opportunity

Your main role will be to manage and execute the various projects outlined by the leadership ---------- sentially, you’ll be helping us turn our visions/ideas/funnels into reality.

You must have experience with Thinkific or Kajabi

Another important aspect will be taking tasks/projects off of the plate of the owner

You’ll be communicating and working with all departments of the company to help us grow and run the business efficiently. Some projects/tasks will be simple and some will be complex. At times you may have to communicate with ---------- the beginning, you’ll mainly be helping out with the marketing team to implement funnels and campaigns. You’ll be collaborating with our copywriter, our designer, our IT team, our coaches, our customer service, and potentially other consultants outside of the team.

Here’s how this process will look with a funnel project for example:
1. As a team, we’ll craft a vision/outline of the funnel/project we want to ---------- om there we’ll create a project charter.
2. You’ll take the project charter and make it happen. You’ll be provided with resources, but ultimately it will be up to you to problem solve, think outside the box, ask for support, and use all of your resources to get the project done with excellence.
3. You’ll delegate tasks to members of the team. You’ll have a copywriter to write the copy, a designer to design pages and images, and an IT person to build out all the technical side of things.
4. Once the assets are completed, you’ll put all the pieces together so the funnel is built out and tested.
5. Once we have a funnel up, it’s now time to optimize it. You’ll gather the funnel statistics weekly and review them on our weekly ---------- om there, we’ll all come up with ways to improve the funnel so we can increase leads and sales.


What a typical week will look like:
- Managing current projects to completion
- Communicating with various tea ---------- mbers to complete goals or projects
- Creating and implementing new systems and processes as we grow the company
- Improving current systems and processes
- Reporting funnel performance metrics
- Ensuring communication is effectively flowing across the organization.
- Prioritizing tasks and projects with the leadership team
- Executing various tasks that the business needs to grow and move forward.
- Attending company weekly meetings (we have them on Wednesdays)
- Running a weekly tea ---------- eting (after you get situated)
