JOB OVERVIEW

Conversant is on the look out for a Team Lead to manage and lead our Post Sales Engineering Team. Reporting to the country manager for the Philippines, the incumbent will have the opportunity to be part of a dynamic global company.

Responsibilities:
• To provide post-sales technical solutions on SwiftServe’s product offerings
• To deploy SwiftServe’s product offerings locally and overseas
• To conduct post deployment training
• To provide post deployment RMA and support
• To lead and manage a team of engineers
• To provide after office hours on call standby (duty basis)
Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication)
• Experience of working in a customer-facing environment within an ISP/Telco/carrier environment
• Experience of configuring a wide range of network devices and debugging network problems
• Excellent Linux/Unix skill set is a must
• Proficient in scripting language: SHELL, PERL, PYTHON
• Strong background in IP Technology Experience with network equipment (routers, firewalls, network management tools)
• Application and network knowledge: NAT, DNS, HTTP, TCP/IP, routing etc
• Experience in WAN networking in a corporate or ISP
• Ability to troubleshoot complex problems

Non-Technical / Soft Skills Requirement:
• Customer Engagement (very customer focus and can handle customer effectively, and also being resourceful and possess a strong initiative)
• Experience in leading and managing a team
• Post Sales Skills
• Presentation Skills
• Willing to travel
