We are on the lookout for a Junior Post Sales Engineer to join our specialized team.
Core Responsibilities include:
• To provide post-sales technical solutions on SwiftServe's product offerings
• To deploy SwiftServe's product offerings in Singapore and overseas
• To conduct post deployment training
• To provide post deployment RMA and support
• To provide after office hours on call standby (duty basis)

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
• Experience of working in a customer-facing environment within an ISP/Telco/Carrier environment
• Experience of configuring a wide range of network devices and debugging network problems
• Linux/Unix skill set
• CCNA/CCNP/Linux certified is a plus
• Knowledge in scripting language: SHELL, PERL, PYTHON
• Application and network knowledge: NAT, DNS, HTTP, TCP/IP, routing, etc
• Knowledge in CDN and Web proxy/caching a plus
