JOB OVERVIEW

We are a small architectural and interior design firm in Melbourne, Australia. We are looking for a bright enthusiastic person with a university degree and high intelligence to assist us with our office management. You will need very good knowledge of English, xero, excel and be quick to learn new software. Tasks will include: responding to enquiries with email templates, setting up appointments for me with potential clients in Calendly, keeping HubSpot contacts and deals up to date, preparing fee letters and proposals from templates, preparing digital contracts from templates, setting up project files, setting up project management software, invoicing, reconciling transactions in xero, preparing reports in xero, and general assistance and support to me. If you have project management and SOP development experience that would be fantastic.

You will need to have your own PC and a good, reliable internet connection. You will need to be available 7.5 hours per day Monday - Friday.

We are looking for a full time permanent employee to be a long ter ---------- mber of our team.
