General Assistant VA

Hello, I am the director of operations at a eCommerce holding company called SMAHFUZ LLC.

We build and develop multiple eCommerce brands and sell a variety of different products in different niches.

I am looking for a general assistant VA that can assist with tasks such as:

- Organizing Shopify stores
- Sending outreach emails to other companies and influencers to collaborate with us
- Keeping our Asana, Gmail, GDrive organized
- Researching and finding videos and content about our products

We looking for someone who can do the following:
- Knows how to use the software we use (Asana, Slack, GDrive, and GMail)
- Tech Savvy enough to know how to use internet tools
- Receptive to being taught how to do carry out more specific tasks
- Basic Data Entry Skills
- Understands how to keep things organized
