Tech chat support executive

We have an online product for which we are looking to hire customer support executives to manage customer requests at US time zone.

The product is a project management tool. SaaS product.

The support is only based on Chat. We have a fantastic set of documentation available. Anyone with previous experience working with similar online tools is preferable.
